  Alfonso Ribarrocha, General Manager, ACTIONPARK
Industrial Engineer, Alfonso Ribarrocha joined Action Park in October 1996 as General Manager. He has been promoting the Spanish company worldwide, with special attention to the Asian market, developing 3 waterpark projects in Vietnam and opening an office in Beijing, China.
Before entering in the leisure sector, Alfonso has been working as senior consultant for Andersen Consulting in Spain, assuming responsibilities in different sectors and business areas, working in projects in Spain and also abroad.

  Chris Conte, Chief Executive Officer, ELECTROSONIC SYSTEMS, INC.
Chris joined Electrosonic in 2001 as General Manager of the Western Region business based in Burbank. Chris was instrumental in the substantial growth of Electrosonic and is now responsible for Sales, Design and Production for Systems Integration in North America and Asia. Chris has more than 20 years of experience in audiovisual technologies in the entertainment industry. He has worked for systems integrators and creative design production companies since 1987. He has considerable experience and expertise in business and construction management as well as a strong background in electronics, project management and installation for large-scale projects.

  Keith James, CEO, JACK ROUSE ASSOCIATES
Since entering the themed entertainment world in 1971, Keith James has become one of the industry's most respected leaders. Before becoming the president of Jack Rouse Associates in 1992, Keith was the Senior Vice President, Planning and Development at Universal Studios Florida (1990-1991).He also worked as the Vice President, Show Production at this park (1987-1990).Keith's earlier experience includes the Managing Director of Australia's Wonderland in Sydney; Vice President, Operations for the 1986 World's Fair in Vancouver; Director of Operations for Canada's Wonderland; and the park's Director of Planning and Development.
Keith has been heavily involved with the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) since 1996.He currently serves as a member of the TEA's board of directors and past President (2000–2002).

  Wilson Shao, FCIM, Head of Commercial & Business Development, NGONG PING 360
Mr Wilson Shao has over 15 years of management experience from the transport and travel-related industry especially in exploring new markets and business re-engineering exercise. He held key positions in Marketing, Finance and Intercity of Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation and has ample experience in working closely with local & overseas travel agents and other National Tourism Board to promote travel destinations during his service in the airlines industry.

  Aaron Soo Boon Choon, CEO, SUNWAY LAGOON THEME PARK
Aaron Soo, 46 years, CEO of Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia's premier theme park has been in the service industry for 24 years.He holds an MBA from University of Bath, United Kingdom.He has managed hotels & resorts in Malaysia,Singapore, China & Vietnam.He turned around Sunway Lagoon in 2006 and won major industry awards such as Malaysia's Best Tourist Attraction & IAAPA Asian Attractions Awards 2007.

  Santichai Euachongprasit, Deputy Governor for International Marketing, TOURISM AUTHORITY OF THAILAND
Santichai Euachongprasit currently holds the position of the deputy governor for international marketing of Tourism Authority of Thailand. He has a long and successful tourism career and has held several official positions for over 26 years in TAT. His experience includes designing tourism development plans for provinces in Thailand to analyzing numerous hotel investment projects. His wide and diverse experience includes him holding the position of an invited lecturer for Tourism Marketing, Assumption Business Administration College and the Technician to the Senate Standing Committee on Tourism and Sports.


  Dr John Ap, Associate Professor, School of Hotel and Tourism Management, THE HONGKONG POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY
John Ap. (Ph.D) is an Associate Professor in Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic UniversityHe is a specialist recreation and tourism planner with over 10 years professional experience. Dr. Ap has conducted extensive research on theme parks and has served as a consultant for organisations such as IAAPA, Ocean Park, and UNESCO.

Peter van Bilsen has over 15 years world wide experience in the Leisure Industry. He has a long career in the leisure and themed attractio n industry, with wide and successful experience in the marketing, concept design and construction of attractions as well the operation and maintenance aspects in the amusement parks.
